I recently photographed two new product designs by Jack Brandsma: Hang On and Son of Edi. The photos were used for a card that introduces both products. Jack’s designs can be seen this week at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
This month, my photo series about old farms that are used for recreational purposes was published. The Nationaal Programma Herbestemming used the photos to illustrate several articles about the demographic decline in Holland. Check out their newsletter and website .
This week, New York photographer Ken Schles came to Groningen to work on his new book and upcoming exhibition at the Noorderlicht gallery this fall. In addition, he gave a lecture about A New History of Photography. In 2007, Ken and I had an exhibition together at the Usva gallery: Cityscapes. It showed his photos of Groningen along with my photos of New York.
